Fashion Weekend Bursts With Starlets, Famous Fashion Faces!
New York Fashion Week didn't slow down over the weekend, and the front rows were star-studded gearing up for last night's big event, the VMAs. Lindsay Lohan ducked into Alice + Olivia and Shenae Grimes, a sparkly Blake Lively, and Rachel Zoe all scored spots at the Diane von Furstenberg show on Sunday. Mischa stepped out for the Herve Leger show as well as to attend an event for The Beautiful Life.
Mary-Kate and Lauren Keep the Fashionable Week Going
The Fashion Week glamour is moving right along, with more star-studded front rows. Lauren Conrad switched gears from working on her own collection to see Nanette Lepore this afternoon, while Leighton Meester stepped out for 3.1 Phillip Lim. Mary-Kate Olsen, meanwhile, was on hand last night for the latest of Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld's art parties, helping when someone fainted while Rachel Zoe kept an eye on Brad Goreski on the dance floor.
Hilary Duff Shares Her Many Blessings
Hilary Duff was up bright and early this morning to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. She was there as the famous face of her favorite charity, Blessings in a Backpack, which provides free meals to underprivileged schoolchildren. It's a cause Hilary has supported for a long time, and it's great to see her take time out of her own holiday schedule to keep giving back.
Fashion Week Brings Together an Unlikely Crowd
This weekend Fashion Week was in full swing with many celebrities focused on the runways. Sarah Jessica Parker and Anna Wintour laughed and chatted at Alexander Wang while Hilary Duff came out again for Donna Karan, who she now will be working with. Heidi Klum pulled double duty at the special anniversary Barbie show and before Diane von Furstenberg.
Ashley Goes From Kellan in Vancouver to the GG Gang in LA
Ashley Green and Kellan Lutz flew from Canada to LA on Saturday, which meant they missed out on the "almost wrap" party at the Vancouver aquarium that night. Most of the cast is done shooting Eclipse, but apparently there are a few scenes left to go. Kellan wasn't traveling with the doggy companion he so lovingly spoke about in a recent issue of Doggie Aficionado, but Kellan and Ashley did hug for the cameras before heading through security.
Gossip Girl Cast Sings About Love, Acts Out College Lust
Hilary Duff, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr and Taylor Momsen were back to work on Gossip Girl Tuesday after most of them hit the red carpet together to support Penn Badgley's new thriller The Stepfather. Leighton Meester missed the premiere, but was out yesterday to debut her new song "Somebody to Love" all over the airwaves. Blair Waldorf has her somebody to love, but next week we'll see what happens with a certain Chuck Bass kiss — maybe it will even give us a clue as to who's involved in the mysterious upcoming threesome.
Penn, Hilary, Chace & Jess Have Lots to Talk About on Set
Hilary Duff was back on the set of Gossip Girl this morning with costars Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Jessica Szohr. Duff's Olivia was a welcome new addition last night and managed to grab Dan's — and our — attention in her hot black and gold dress. We also couldn't help but be distracted by the amazing hotel room where Serena dealt with Tyra Banks's diva character.
Blake and Leighton Still Rule on Gossip Girl
Blake Lively and Leighton Meester had boys by their sides on the set of Gossip Girl in Central Park yesterday. Leggy blond Blake snacked on ice cream with Chace Crawford while Leighton managed to make leggings and Uggs look chic with her on-screen boyfriend. On last night's episode both Blair and Serena had some trouble adjusting to their new post-Constance lives — see Buzz's biggest OMG moments here.
Chase, Ed, and Jessica Eat Out While Taylor Clocks In on Set
The cast of Gossip Girl spent their weekend spread out in NYC as usual. Chace Crawford had lunch with his family on Sunday while elsewhere Ed Westwick was similarly incognito spending the day with his girlfriend Jessica Szohr. It was back to work on Gossip Girl this morning for Penn Badgley and his smiley costars Hilary Duff and Jessica Szohr. The gang was up to their old tricks on last night's episode, with Chuck and Blair continuing their never-ending string of lying and scheming while the girls wore an array of hot outfits and the new college students upped their tech game — stay up to date on all the drama with Buzz's recap.
