The fashion fun has moved from New York onto London, where Kate Moss led the pack of stars in the front row. She joined Philip Green and his daughter Chloe yesterday afternoon for the Topshop Unique show, which sent a colorful grunge-inspired collection down the runway. The Greens and Kate went on to host a private dinner last night at the Ivy, bringing out fashionable folks from England and beyond — Naomi Campbell mingled with Anna Wintour, Burberry designer Christopher Bailey, Jamie Hince, and Kate's soon-to-be business partner Simon Cowell.

Spring Fashion Week is moving right along in NYC, with lots of celebs turning out to take it all in. The party rolled on at the Cannes Film Festival last night and this time Penelope Cruz felt well enough to make it — but only for half an hour! A bad bout of food poisoning kept Penelope from her scheduled appearance to present the trailer for Nine over the weekend. Orlando Bloom, who debuted a slicked-back look, and his gorgeous girlfriend, Miranda Kerr, joined some Cannes regulars like Paris and Doug.

Earlier today, Kanye and Amber were up early to check out Luella alongside the father of Kate Moss's daughter, Jefferson Hack.

The fashion week crowd made their way to Milan's Palazzina della Ragione last night for the "Extreme Beauty" bash following Dolce & Gabbana's star-studded runway presentation earlier in the day. Scarlett Johansson arrived on the designers' arms, while other ladies like Naomi Watts, Eva Mendes and Freida Pinto walked the red carpet solo. David Beckham looked hot as ever and Orlando Bloom braved the scene on his own, looking quite happy following his PDA-filled vacation in Australia with Miranda.

Elle UK added to award season madness last night as they handed out their annual Style Awards. Keira Knightley received some consolation after her loss at the BAFTAs with her win in the Best Actress category, while her Atonement co-star James McAvoy got his second Best Actor award in less than a week. Kylie Minogue was crowned Woman of the Year and Kate Hudson brought Stella McCartney as her date to be officially named an Elle Style Icon.
