Another week, another celeb is dropping their scent. Hilary Duff has partnered with Elizabeth Arden who are the same folks who brought us the many successful Britney perfumes. Ms Duff's perfume, called With Love, will be in department stores in September.

Britney's Very Obvious Bump
Britney was in NYC celebrating the success of her Elizabeth Arden perfumes, Curious, Fantasy and In Control. The company has sold over 10 million bottles of her fragrances since Curious launched in 2004.
