Talk continues to heat up about George coming back to ER for the final season, with Noah Wyle recently hinting that the actor was trying to make it work. For now, George is focusing on bigger issues like speaking out against Proposition 8 recently passing.

Spencer Pratt had lunch with his sister as they filmed a scene for The Hills yesterday before meeting up with Heidi Montag for dinner and a photo op in LA. During the election, the couple were outwardly pro McCain/Palin, but they recently talked about Proposition 8 and Heidi revealed she's "very for equal rights." Spencer said, "Like I've always said: Heidi's hair and makeup people are some of my favorite homosexuals on the planet, and if they want to marry each other, I'm not about to be like, 'Don't.'" Leave it to Spencer to have an answer like that, but at least they're among the celebrities speaking out about this controversial issue.

Lindsay Lohan emailed away as she shopped for jewelry before meeting up with friends in LA yesterday. In a recent interview, Lindsay spoke about the election, her leggings line, and against Proposition 8 joining other celebrities who say it is an equal rights issue — watch the video below. LL has been talking about being happy in her relationship more lately, but the latest rumor is that Samantha made Lindsay pull out of hosting the World Music Awards because she was jealous of Jesse Metcalfe.
