When he wasn't on camera, Johnny was clean shaven but showing off that armful of tattoos with one of his standard flannels around his waist. Back into character, he sported a neon tie and gross 'stache — seems a silly departure from the gangster wardrobe we've been getting a few sneak peeks at.

Johnny Depp had his 45th birthday yesterday, but he didn't take a day off to celebrate. Instead, he was back on the set of Public Enemies in Chicago with a gun under his arm and a glare on his face. We've seen Johnny Depp looking dapper on the set of his new movie, Public Enemies, and he's been graciously greeting his fans in Indiana after his long days of hard work.
