Pretty Girls Are Splashes of Color on Teen Choice Blue Carpet
Bright, bold and sassy was the theme of the night for the ladies on the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet, but unlike those casual (though cute) boys they got a little dressy for the occasion. The girls stayed away from the dramatic hair and makeup — check out Bella's love it or hate it polls here — though kept things exciting with their dresses of choice. There was a pretty even split between the short and flirty from the likes of Rachel Bilson, Blake Lively and Scarlett Johansson and the long and flowy from Lauren Conrad and Fergie.
R-Bils Is A Giver
Rachel Bilson did a little shopping for a flat iron and a few other bags of goodies in Hollywood before heading to a party, gift in hand, in her hometown of Sherman Oaks yesterday. There was no Hayden by her side, but she did have a snappy accessory in her red Ray Ban Wayfarers. Those certainly don't work for everyone (cough, Heath Ledger), but look mighty cute on her.
