He's now in San Diego, where we'll see the highly anticipated reunion with Kristen at Comic-Con. There are rumors Rob will play some of his own New Moon soundtrack songs and there's even new Team Edward/Jacob t-shirts making their debut.

Fortunately it's just makeup, as Robert continues working on scenes in which he's dealing with some injuries. Robert Pattinson arrived on the set of Remember Me in NYC today with his standard cap, sunglasses and backpack. Pierce Brosnan was also spotted all suited up and ready for work. In the film Pierce will play Rob's dad, which means their onscreen family has more than enough handsome genes to go around.

After his long days on set, Robert has apparently been winding down with group dinners and drinks with friends, though according to one source he's not the best tipper. Pretty soon he'll be dining with his Twilight costars again, and they're going to have to make the reservation for one more — Australian actor Xavier Samuel has been cast as newborn vampire Riley in Eclipse.

After a cleaned up morning, it was another bruised and bloodied afternoon of filming Remember Me in NYC for Robert Pattinson yesterday. He was joined by his stunt double, who will deal with some of the scenes that result in all the cuts we see so often. It's tough to mimic Rob's good looks, which have become the quintessential image of Edward Cullen; however, now Stephanie Meyer is helping an artist create a Twilight graphic novel with an Edward character that has a look all his own.

Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin filmed late into the night yesterday, sitting and talking on the steps of a brownstone in Brooklyn. The duo looked picture perfect as usual and Rob took the chance to sneak smokes between takes. Robert will be done shooting Remember Me soon and before he starts on Eclipse he's expected at Comic-Con in San Diego and the Teen Choice Awards in LA where he'll have costars — like yes, Kristen Stewart — by his side.

The production company for the movie has had to increase security and use sneaky measures in their efforts to maintain Rob's security on set, but it doesn't seem to deter the crowds. By now the actor's gotten used to all of the attention, and he's got a few more months of chaos ahead when he switches back to Twilight mode.

It sounds like Rob and Emilie are getting pretty close, but she's not the only one who is happy to work with him. It's hard to imagine that in a few weeks we won't have our daily NYC Rob fix anymore, but hopefully we'll still see him when he moves back to Vancouver to start filming Eclipse.
