It's been six years since Dawson's Creek was on the air, and the four main stars — Katie Holmes, Michelle Williams, Joshua Jackson, and James van der Beek — have come a long way in their careers and grown up a lot. Yesterday, Tom Kapinos, the former show runner for the series who now works on Californication, had not-so-nice things to say about his experience on Dawson's, saying among other things, "It was the four monstrous actors at the core of it." It's pretty much ancient history, and there's one Oscar nominee among them, so what do you think about Kapinos's quote — mean or funny?

Lance joined 35,000 other runners on Sunday for the NYC marathon. He said it was much tougher than he expected. In fact, he said, "for the level of condition that I have now, that was without a doubt the hardest physical thing I have ever done."

Jason Trawick was by Britney Spears's side for another drive in LA last night. Despite rumors of a recent breakup, it looks like Britney and Jason are still very much together — but since he's also her manager, their hangouts could be of a strictly professional nature. Britney does have lots of business to handle these days, from prepping for her tour down under to working on her video for her single, "3."

In case you were wondering where Matthew McConaughey has been lately, rest assured - he's still up to his favorite pastime of running shirtless. He did mix it up a little by finally leaving the beach for the Malibu mountains and bringing along his trusty iPod. You guys decided that MM has passed his prime, but he still won Fit's superlative of the hunky runner.

Seal and Heidi showed off their kiss (from a rose) at last night's event to present the new Volkswagen Tiguan in Berlin, Germany. Just last week we saw them shooting an ad for the car, and here they are again smiling big in front of the new set of wheels. The perfectly poised and loving couple are just smashingly adorable, aren't they?

Summery white was the color of choice for both Mariah Carey and Michelle Williams at the Fresh Air Fund's Salute to American Heroes event in NYC last night. Mariah arrived on the arm of her husband Nick Cannon, while Michelle was rolling solo as Spike Jonze finishes work on Where the Wild Things Are over in London. Michelle rightfully didn't look bothered by the unkind words recently uttered by the former show runner of Dawson's Creek as she celebrated a charitable evening with friends.

The 32nd Annual Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards were last night and some of the most respected people in show biz were in attendance. You know an award show is a big deal when both Steven Spielberg and Clint Eastwood show up! It might have helped that their film Letters from Iwo Jima was voted Best Picture of the Year.
