Simon Cowell and Terri Seymour smiled big with their arms around each other on their way into a charity dinner at Beso in LA on Thursday night. Terri was one of the cohosts, along with Eva Longoria, Leah Remini and Danny Masterson, of the event raising money to help detox 9/11 rescue workers. Simon and Terri have yet to confirm that they're back together after last year's split, but the former couple certainly looks to be cozying back up to each other.

Now, rumor has it that Simon gave Terri almost $9 million as a goodbye present, five of which was just in cash and the other four towards a Beverly Hills home. While this is more than generous, it might seem as if he is paying her as thanks for all their years together.

He appears to have been living the life of a bachelor since splitting with Terri Seymour a few months ago, but he's no longer rolling solo — he's currently traveling with his married ex-girlfriend, the British singer Sinitta, and her two kids.
