Are You Excited For the Changes on The Hills and The City?
Whitney Port looked adorable in her short shorts as she filmed The City in NYC yesterday, but apparently the upcoming season will be different from the last. Executive producer Liz Gateley opened up about changes to come for both her show and The Hills, which will now air together on Tuesday nights. Whitney's show will focus more on office drama while The Hills will see an Audrina-Kristin-Justin Bobby love triangle and discussions of parenthood for Heidi and Spencer.

The Pratts Touch Down & Their Real Engagement Hits the Hills
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt arrived back in LA after a quick trip to the East Coast. While the happy couple stayed occupied smiling for the cameras and twittering away, we got to watch Spencer's sweet, "official" proposal to Heidi, complete with a ring on The Hills last night. Meanwhile, there was the usual dose of gossipy lunch sessions, hot outfits, cool gadgets, and flawless hair and makeup.
Was It Wrong of LC to Expose The Hills?
Lauren Conrad was up early this morning to chat with the ladies of The View and promote LA Candy. When asked about Spencer's apology on The Hills, Lauren revealed that it was staged and she wasn't actually on the other end of the phone call. In the past she's said that the show's producers were pushing a Heidi reconciliation on her, and it's definitely not the first time we've heard about scenes being fake.
