Susan Sarandon is one of the investors in Manhattan's Spin ping-pong bar, and it looks like she's not only an owner — she's also a member! I spotted her there last Friday night looking adorable in a pair of boots, tights and a short skirt as she sat with other people on the indoor bleachers and watched a competitive ping-pong game.

Matthew turned 40 today and celebrated last night with friends and family, which inspired him to express his gratitude through generous use of his motto on MySpace today. Matthew has grown up a lot since becoming a family man, but it seems he still enjoys a good party every now and again.

Kate Walsh, more familiarly known as Grey's Anatomy's Dr. Addison Montgomery (pre-divorce she was Shepherd), is apparently set to star in her own spin-off series premiering this Spring. She is probably my favorite character on Grey's these days (yes, I watch Grey's, sigh), so I will be sad to see her leave Seattle Grace.

Looks like the popular show is being picked up again for a third season. The spin off show will take place in Miami's South Beach. Paris Hilton took her pink Bentley for a spin yesterday afternoon, heading out to Sunset Boulevard in LA to do some shopping. She uncharacteristically didn't change by last night, when she hit the "Candy Ice" jewelry launch. With her blond hair and bright car, Paris definitely looked like a natural for the upcoming Barbie movie — even though some of Paris's more recent forays into film haven't ended too well.

Lindsay Lohan went shopping around NYC in an orange sweater yesterday before she hit up Bloomingdale's for Fashion's Night Out, where Gwen Stefani also chatted with us at her store appearance. LL has been silent on Twitter ever since her public rant about Samantha, but she did grant a recent interview about her new artistic adviser role at Ungaro. She told Access Hollywood she's nervous about her upcoming show in Paris and also opened up to them about living her life in the spotlight and how she used to desire fame.
