The big news broke last night that Ellen DeGeneres will be replacing Paula Abdul as the fourth judge on American Idol! The talk show host apparently signed a five year contract, but check out what she had to say to Simon Cowell earlier this year about the four-judge system. Ellen is an avid fan of the show, but we'll see whether the Paula fans can learn to love Ellen, too.

Bateman and Arnett Are Back, Animated and Still Developing
Jason Bateman and Will Arnett are back together on a new show, only we won't be seeing much of them at all. The animated show, Sit Down, Shut Up, based on an Australian program premieres this spring and reunites a whole lot of Arrested Development cast, writers and producers.
