Heidi and Spencer Make a Run For the Border
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt continued their media tour of NYC yesterday with a stop at MTV to tape an appearance for It's On With Alexa Chung and chat about their book How to Be Famous. The duo also had time for a signing at Borders, where Heidi looked happy to hop on a table and pose with their product even though one of our sources says not too many people actually turned out to see them. The duo also had time for interviews with Tyra, Kelly Ripa and many more, twittering all about their many adventures.

Lindsay Lohan had to appear in court Friday to check in on her probation, and she let off steam on Saturday at Voyeur in Hollywood. LL usually rolls with a solid group of friends, but her entourage at the club that night included none other than Balthazar Getty. She and Balthazar were apparently all over each other at a table right by the door, not worrying about who saw them getting close.

Ashlee's Excited to Meet Amanda Woodward
Ashlee Simpson strutted her stuff in a skimpy outfit at the opening of a lingerie store in LA last night. She spent her afternoon hard at work on Melrose Place — which just got picked up for six more episodes — and today she'll have a table reading with Heather Locklear. Ashlee said she's thrilled to meet the "heart of the show," but she's not the only one excited about Heather coming back.
Tom's Expensive Table at the Black Ball
Tom and Katie attended The Black Ball hosted by Alicia Keys and Iman in NYC last night. The soon to be newlyweds hosted a table for $50,000 which included Tom Freston, the other Tom fired by Sumner Redstone earlier this year. That's one expensive table but it's for charity so it's all good.

Matt Damon has been in A-List company during his time at the Toronto Film Festival, and last night he was joined by another famous face, Bill Clinton, for a dinner benefiting his ONEXONE foundation. Taking a break from promoting The Informant!, Matt opened up about the importance of his charity work of brining clean water to areas with limited access. Ellen Relaxes With Portia After Her Really Big Idol Week
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi stepped out for a walk in LA on Friday. It's been quite a week for the talk show host, who kicked off a new season of her show and took on a whole new gig signing on as the fourth judge on American Idol. Most of you are on board with Ellen on Idol and she's also racking up endorsements from former contestants and even Paula Abdul herself.
