Kristen and Dakota Get Away With The Runaways to SXSW
Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart joined The Runaways director Floria Sigismondi last night for a screening in Austin as a part of the SXSW Film Festival. Dakota and Kristen have been all over the country promoting their film with a premiere in LA last week before Wednesday night's big NYC event with Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, where both of the young stars opened up to us about their work on the movie. Their tour will come to a close with the project's opening today, and we'll see if Kristen and Dakota fare better at the box office than Robert Pattinson's recent non-Twilight effort — check out what Buzz thinks of Dakota and Kristen's turns as teenage rock stars.

Dakota Celebrates 16 With Her Sister, Without a Permit
Dakota Fanning got a head start on celebrating her 16th birthday, which is actually tomorrow, on Saturday night with a party at the Villa Blanca restaurant in LA. Her sister Elle was there to join in on the fun, with both girls looking adorable in cream tops and mini skirts. Despite reaching the all-important teenage milestone, Dakota apparently won't be in the driver's seat anytime soon — she told photographers after her dinner, "I don't even have permit."
Dakota Runs Away With Her Shoot For Vogue Italia
Dakota Fanning looked a little older than her almost 16 years in a recent spread in Vogue Italia. She went with extreme eyebrows and high fashion for the black and white shoot, which was timed to coincide with the release of her film with Kristen Stewart, The Runaways, next month. Dakota will have something else to celebrate before her movie hits the big screen, with her birthday coming up next week on Feb.
