PopSugar Exclusive - Kristin Talks About John Mayer, Whitney and Lo on Their Shows, Stacie and Justin Bobby?!

Lots of ladies from The Hills and The City hit the red carpet at last night's MTV VMAs. We chatted a little with the shows' stars about all the changes to come this season, with LBD clad Whitney Port and Lo Boswoth sharing some previews. Kristin Cavallari addressed her rumored romance with John Mayer, while Stacie Hall - aka Stacie the bartender - revealed one rather big spoiler. Here's more:

Kristin on allegedly dating John Mayer: "It's funny because I've met him one time, for 5 seconds at a big press event like this. I don't know, it's always funny how these rumors get started."
Stacie on what to expect from her next season: "I find myself in a lot, a lot of drama I didn't think I was a dramatic person. . . definitely with boys. That's gonna happen. . . "
Could it be Justin Bobby? "Maybe. . . (smiles)."
Lo on next season: "You're going to see a lot of new female faces - not just Kristin. You're going to see new troublemakers, which you know, it kind of makes me a little uncomfortable! I've kind of been there since the beginning, and I want it to be exactly what it was and it's not anymore."
Stephanie on Heidi and Spencer's baby plans: "I was with them and they started talking about freezing eggs and stuff, and I was like, "Ew, you guys! I'm right here.'"

Kristin:

On what we can expect on this season of The Hills: "Little bit of drama, there's always relationship drama. Not just with me, with kind of everybody. A little love triangle I guess is happening. . . I'm excited for everyone to see my side of the story, and my point of view because everything is not always as it seems."
On keeping in touch with LC: "I'm filming with Lo, who lives with her, so we get updated. . . but I don't see her too often, I really don't. But there's no bad blood there."

Whitney:

About her new costars: "Everyone is very different, and not in a good or bad way. Everyone plays off of each other, in a very dramatic kind of feeling.
On Jay returning to The City: "I'm not sure, to be perfectly honest. I mean, he is my friend and he's in and out of my life. But I haven't seen any of the episodes yet, so. . . "

Stephanie:

On what's coming up with her: "I'm a serial dater. I don't have a boyfriend - I want to date every single guy ever. But, I will play the bad cop, there's so much BS between the girls, I will call them out."
On Stacy's comments about Justin Bobby: "She needs a publicist to tell her not to talk about the show! Yeah, it gets nuts."

Stacie:

On if we'll see lots more of her this season: "Yeah, it's weird. Like on the last season, I didn't even mean to be on it - it was unintentional. Now I'm in the group!"

Frankie Delgado also chatted with us about the ongoing issue between Brody Jenner, his girlfriend Jayde Nicole and Joe Francis, saying that her face is all better after the alleged assault a few weeks ago. That won't be a part of the season, but we're sure to see lots more of them all when The Hills is back in just fifteen days!

Seventeen Cover Girl Whitney Is Single in the City

Whitney Port looked pretty in her party dress and had her new costars from The City, Roxy Olin and Samantha Swerta, by her side to celebrate her cover for Seventeen's October issue last night in NYC. While MTV promises big changes for the girls in the upcoming season as they focus more on work, there will still be plenty of romance. Whitney apparently just split with her latest boyfriend Freddie Fackelmayer, but we'll get to see their entire relationship play out when the show returns on Sept. 29.

Are You Excited For the Changes on The Hills and The City?

Whitney Port looked adorable in her short shorts as she filmed The City in NYC yesterday, but apparently the upcoming season will be different from the last. Executive producer Liz Gateley opened up about changes to come for both her show and The Hills, which will now air together on Tuesday nights. Whitney's show will focus more on office drama while The Hills will see an Audrina-Kristin-Justin Bobby love triangle and discussions of parenthood for Heidi and Spencer. It sounds like a lot, so tell us - are you excited for all the changes?

Bikini-Clad Whitney Sunbathes in The City

Whitney Port laid out with a friend in NYC's Central Park yesterday while filming The City. She laughed with her pal, focusing hard on balancing her microphone on her bikini top. Whitney wasn't letting the lack of a beach interfere with her tanning, and it looks like there will be multiple swimsuit scenes in store when season two of her show finally airs on MTV.

Whitney Port Is a Miami Bikini Babe Out of The City

Whitney Port had a busy weekend in Miami where she attended the Swim Fashion Week events before hitting the beach in a bikini of her own yesterday. She was filming the whole thing for The City, which will be a familiar sight since she made a trip to Florida on the first season as well. When she wasn't showing off her beach body, Whitney also was back working with her former boss Kelly Cutrone at some of the Fashion Week shows. It's hard work - splashing around in the Miami sunshine - but someone's got to do it and it looks like Whitney is happy to be that girl.

Last night's episode brought us our usual dose of drama, gadgets, and fashion, which we've come to expect from The Hills spinoff. Whitney Port Brings Her City to the Sea

Whitney Port was back looking cute in her bikini yesterday continuing to explore all that Miami has to offer with her friend Erin and her boyfriend Jay. She and her pals walked along the beach with cocktails in hand, and it looks like Whitney was able to avoid any potentially embarrassing moments this time around. While she was living it up down in Florida, last night's episode of The City featured the fab fashion, gadgets, and usual drama back home in NYC. Diane von Furstenberg made an appearance on the show, but even more interesting was Jay's reaction to Whitney's casual lunch date. From the looks of things, he is sticking around for a while so we can't wait to see what happens next for these two.

Whitney Shows Off Bikini Collection in Miami with Her Man

Whitney Port looked like she was enjoying herself while frolicking around Miami and filming scenes for The City over the weekend. She wrapped her long legs around her man, Jay, on the beach so it looks like these two are going strong after a few issues we've seen on the show. Whitney chatted with her bikini-clad girlfriends as they moved from the pool to the waves where Whitney almost lost her top for a moment - whoops! Looks like a string bikini might not be strong enough to hold up her reality TV mic battery pack. This California girl is no stranger to the beach, though these days we're getting used to seeing her adapt to a much colder climate in New York.
