Constant favorite and not nearly seen enough Rachel McAdams was spotted making her way out of Los Angeles at LAX last night. Never let it be said you can't spend time in the sunny California city, be a celebrity, and still live your life mostly free of paparazzi. Just saying. She was showing off a shorter darker do and, thankfully, a smile for the first time we've seen her since October. Speaking of not seeing enough McAdams it's been years since we've gotten her on the big screen but thankfully Married Life is coming up in '08 and we've got The Time Traveler's Wife to look forward to. She may not be making us gush and swoon to an embarrassing degree with Ryan anymore, but still - always - love her.

Rachel McAdams Has Her Journalism Skills Down Pat

Rachel McAdams was armed with a notebook on the set of Morning Glory in NYC on Tuesday before breaking out her camera yesterday. The movie centers around morning talk shows and Rachel's already a pro at portraying a journalist after her last film, State of Play. This time she'll be starring with Harrison Ford instead of Russell Crowe as she continues to rack up experience with the biggest actors in Hollywood.

Ryan Gosling Is a Black and Blue Valentine

Ryan Gosling was not looking his best in Pennsylvania yesterday, but rest assured - his black eye and busted nose were just for his role in Blue Valentine. Poor Ryan looked a bit sad with his bouquet of flowers in hand while he filmed with a few of his pint-size costars. Seems like the movie features another drawn out romance like in The Notebook, but Ryan's never been one to shy away from a complicated love story.

Lindsay Lohan looked like she was ready for bed leaving Cecconi's last night, but apparently she didn't head home. Later in the evening, she was spotted leaving Samantha Ronson's house, trying to hide behind a notebook. Lindsay hasn't spoken out on a reunion with Samantha just yet, but she did want to clear up that she's not getting back together with Jared Leto. She also talked about all the recent attention to her weight, saying she eats fine despite rumors from friends that she's been taking Adderall to stay thin.

Rachel McAdams had a busy morning as she taped a segment for Jimmy Fallon airing tomorrow and stopped by The Today Show. She's promoting State of Play and talked about being intimidated by Russell Crowe but gushed about Jason Bateman. She also revealed why she chose the movie and spoke a bit about her upcoming project with Harrison Ford called Morning Glory. As usual, Rachel was friendly and upbeat, laughing and teasing Matt Lauer when he revealed he cried watching The Notebook. Check out the videos below.

Ryan Gosling Wants to Earn His Music Cred, Thanks

Ryan Gosling continued to liven up the LA music scene as a guest DJ at Bardot in LA again last night. Wonder if he took a chance to spin any of his own new music from his band, Dead Man's Bones, which seems to be a crowd pleaser considering your positive reaction toward the first music video. Ryan and his bandmate Zach Shields have been actively promoting their music on MySpace, including a free MP3 of the single, though the boys got a bit huffy when Ryan was included on the celebrity pages part of the social network site, since he isn't looking to use his acting to sell the band. However fans find it, Ryan and Zach's music is a little more interesting than the usual celebrity pop music, so it won't be long until they pick up fans who love more than just The Notebook - not that there's anything wrong with that.

Ryan Gosling has been hard at work in LA recently, only it's not on the set of any movie. Instead, Ryan and a friend started a band called Dead Man's Bones and here is their first music video. It's a far cry from the bubble gum pop that most actors-turned-musicians release, but it might not appeal to all The Notebook fans out there. Nicole and Joel Open Up About Their Happy Harlow Lifestyle

Nicole Richie was spotted leaving traffic school in LA yet again yesterday, but apparently staying organized and keeping a schedule is one of her favorite things to do these days. In this week's People, Nicole and Harlow grace the cover and Joel joins them inside the issue in an adorable photo shoot. They also talk about how they would never dream of going back to life before parenthood. Here are highlights:

Nicole on Harlow: "She appreciates every single thing. It's awesome. She's very carefree, very independent. In the car, she's in the back talking to herself. Harlow's a delicate soul. She studies people. She's very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel."
Joel on whether he misses pre-baby life: "I can't imagine life without her. It was never a moment where it was like, 'This is inconvenient for us.' We're very blessed to have it happen the way it did."
Nicole on how she views herself after motherhood: "I think my sense of self is still the same. But I don't do things, we do things. I work around her. When I was like 2 or 3, my mom and I would get our nails and hair done together. That was so fun. And I want her I to do that when she's older."

Nicole on whether or not she takes time to pamper herself: "Do I look like I'm pampering myself? I don't wear nail polish because she sucks on my fingers. I wear my hair up when I'm with her. I don't really shop. And I only wear heels after 7 p.m. No, I don't miss it."
Nicole on wedding plans: "When we get married, everyone will know. It will happen when it happens."
Joel on more kids: "If it could be as easy as Harlow, sure."
Nicole: Right now? Oh my God, I need a nap first."

It's hard to believe these quotes coming from two parents who initially shocked the world with their pregnancy news, but it couldn't be sweeter to hear how happy Nicole and Joel are with their new family lives.
