Brad Pitt channeled his younger A River Runs Through It self walking around Texas between takes on Tree of Life yesterday. Seriously though, how hot does he look with the shorter hair and no goatee? My middle school self is very happy. So hot. The Jolie-Pitt clan is currently in the Lone Star state while he films, but are rumored to be taking off to more French pastures to await the arrival of baby No. 5. While Brad is hard at work acting, Angelina has (typically) loftier aspirations. She just published her most recent Op Ed piece in the Washington Post about what she thinks we should do in regards to Iraq. From baby bumps to the rumor mill to actual politics - there's just no way to keep the Jolie-Pitts out of the headlines.

Brad Juggles Films, California Time With Angie and the Goatee

Brat Pitt's facial hair, whether you love it or hate it, stole the show at Madeo Restaurant and his office in West Hollywood, CA yesterday. The facial hair is for The Lost City of Z while another of his upcoming films The Tree of Life has been postponed. On Friday, Angelina emerged in LA for a business meeting, and apparently she's not the only Jolie-Pitt stateside. While neither Brad nor Angelina was spotted with any of their kids in California, it sounds like they have a possible babysitter in their good friend George Clooney.

Jennifer Aniston Had a 2008 Full of Love, Friends, and Health

Jennifer Aniston graces the cover of People's Best of 2008 issue with a puppy draped over her shoulders and a smile on her face. It's been an incredible year for Jennifer romantically and personally, and she's ending it with a bang releasing Marley & Me. In the magazine she answers questions from fans, including a cute one about your favorite celebrity pet of the year, Norman. Here's highlights:

On Norman and Dolly being jealous of Marley: "Oh, play it for me, Misti! Dolly didn't travel to Miami because she is too young at 2 ½, and to put her in a trailer didn't seem fair. All Norman wants to do is just lie at my feet, which is what I like. [The trainers] were strict about letting the Marleys play with other dogs. But there was no jealousy because Norman is very secure. Norman is now 13, but even back [as a puppy] he was as cool as a cucumber. He's just a person in a dog suit."
On favorite holiday traditions: "My favorite tradition is picking out my tree and then the tree trimming. I just got mine! And there's eggnog, Christmas carols, usually chili, cupcakes. I've cooked the chili – my mom has a great recipe. But now I have a lovely lady cook it because I want people to be happy!"
On remarrying: "I don't know! I honestly don't know. I'm not against it. Maybe (smiles). Maybe, sure."
On turning 40: "I'm very excited. I had more of a panic going into 30. I think you realize that it just gets better. When they say youth is wasted on the young, it's so true. Oh my God, what I wish I'd known when I was 30!"
On getting over bad days: "You just have to love your life. I have my health, I have my friends, I have my loved ones. I'm extremely lucky."

Methinks Feb. 11 can't come soon enough so Jennifer can stop answering questions about her 40th birthday, but of course she answered with grace and her famous sense of humor. As for the holidays, between her chili and John's baking sounds like they've got the makings of some new traditions of their own.

Britney Spears Lights Up Another Tree and Lights Her Smile

Britney Spears made an incognito move from NYC to LA yesterday where she showed up for yet another tree lighting ceremony with Adam Carolla. After a trip to FAO Schwarz with her boys not to mention all her other exciting New York promotional stops, Brit looked happy to be back home in California. Brit should keep that smile big because she is expected to debut at No. 1 with an estimated 350,000 in sales. Looking fantastic on both coasts, performing all over TV and scoring number one are holiday gifts already, but after this big year in Britney's life there's an awful lot to celebrate.

Britney Gets Glamorous Yet Says She's Boring

Britney Spears looks fresh-faced and golden on the January cover of Glamour magazine, as we get to see the results of her Patrick Demarchelier photo shoot. The singer was back to performing on stage this weekend and as everyone buzzes about whether Britney's back to her old self, the singer talks about her life and how she wants her future to end up. Here's more:

On her come back: "I have 'come back' so many times, people are just like, Is this another one?... It’s kind of like a joke to me now."
On a misconception about her: "I don’t like going out. I hate clubs. I hate being around too many people. I love my home and staying in bed and watching Dancing With the Stars or reading a Danielle Steel novel. I’m kind of boring."
On where she wants to be in 5 or 10 years: "I would love to have a lot of albums under my belt. And a couple of movies….In five years I would like to be married and have a father figure for my kids, someone who is a provider and can be really stable."

It's Britney overload whether you want it or not - between the magazine covers, MTV documentary last night, and GMA birthday appearance tomorrow, lighting of the Rockefeller Center tree on Wednesday and who knows what else is in store for us. Britney Stops to Take It All In

Britney Spears left the driving to a friend and happily enjoyed a little fresh air from the passenger seat in LA yesterday. We heard that she'll be talking about feeling imprisoned in her upcoming documentary, but it looks like she's still finding a few moments to be carefree. Now there are new clips out that show Britney revealing how she "married for the wrong reasons," which makes us even more eager for this peek into her life. The next few weeks will be hectic for Ms. Spears as she gets back to performance mode overseas before coming back home for her spot on GMA and lighting the Rockefeller tree, but hopefully she'll still be able to sneak in some time to herself to enjoy it all.

Heidi Klum Is Her Usual Silly Self in Marie Claire

While Project Runway is getting a makeover for next season, the show's host doesn't need any touching up. Heidi got back in the supermodel saddle to pose for the June issue of Marie Claire. As usual, she had lots to say about her family and showed her goofy side talking about the show. Here are highlights:

On having a big family: "I always wanted to be a mom. At Thanksgiving, I have my parents there, I have screaming kids, I have a big fat turkey-18 pounds-sitting in the middle; legs are being ripped off that thing, you know what I mean? There's life in the house. I don't want to be wondering about how skinny I am, wondering what I'm going to eat because I don't want to gain and I want to look hot and young, always and forever."
On Project Runway: "We're in this dark, tiny room, and I have 15 people in front of me who are terrified. It's not like, 'Hey, what's up?' You can hear a mouse fart in that room."
On losing baby weight: "I always think, Look at how people were before they were pregnant. If you were a toned, healthy, energetic person, most likely you will be like that again. A lot of people come to me, and they're like, 'Will I look like you after I have a baby?' And I say, 'Well, how were you before?' You can't kid yourself."

On Seal's proposal in the Canadian Rockies: "He took me by helicopter. He had an igloo built there, and they'd brought up everything: a bed with sheets inside the igloo, rose petals everywhere, candles. Very, very romantic! There was food and champagne, and then the helicopter left. It was a little scary, too, because you're so cut off from the world. No trees, nothing-it was hard-core. But I was ecstatic. I loved it. It was wonderful."
On starting a family early: "Some people are afraid, especially in this industry, that if you are out of it, it'll be hard to get back in it. I didn't care. I thought, It's my life, not yours. I was ready to take the chance and not get back into it if they decided they didn't want me anymore."
On the modeling industry: "When I started, Kate Moss was the hottest thing. It was not about being proud and upright with the smile glowing - a powerful woman. It was more about being a crushed, crumbled person in the corner; the beaten-down girl looking a little sad and tired."

We can always count on Heidi to show her blunt, down-to-earth side, but it's all just part of her appeal. Let's just hope they don't try to change her quirky antics when Project Runway finally comes back on the air.

Scooter Time for the Jolie-Pitts!

Angelina had a fun day in Texas with Zahara and Maddox and a couple of scooters. Z was extra careful with a pink helmet while bad ass Maddox went without the extra protection. The family is in town while Brad films Tree of Life. Pregnant Jolie is looking beautiful and bodacious in her girlie blue dress. It's very similar to the pink one she wore at the airport with Maddox last week. Hmm, a little pink and blue - could this be her way of confirming those twin rumors and telling us they'll have one of each? Or you know, maybe she just really liked the dress and wanted it in multiple colors.

Angelina Jolie Shows Off the New Twins

Angelina Jolie wore an uncharacteristic pink flowy dress making her way through the Austin airport with Maddox and his adorable sweater on Tuesday. She was also looking pretty busty - hey momma. Brad stayed back with the other kiddies filming Tree of Life in the Lone Star State while Angie headed off to take care of business in NYC. While the newest story is that she's having a girl, there's always hope that we'll get French Jolie-Pitt twins. It's a good thing pregnancy seems to suit Angelina so well, because if Brad and her have enough kids to make up that famous soccer team this won't be the last time she's bearing a new addition or two.

Angelina Keeps Her Popular Baby Bump All Covered Up

Angelina Jolie has that baby bump hiding thing down pat, which she demonstrated ducking out of a building and into her awaiting car in NYC last night. She distracted us with her big smile! I guess one big moment of showing it off was enough for the mom-to-be-again. There's always business to attend to for Angelina while Brad is in Texas (looking hot) shooting Tree of Life, but if the rumors are true the whole group of them will be packing up and moving to France before Jolie-Pitt No. 7 makes his/her debut. Good thing for us, before then she'll be out promoting Wanted and have to show off (and talk about?) the upcoming new addition.
