Paul and Seann Show Off Their Model Behavior

Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott headed to TRL yesterday to promote their new movie Role Models. Paul rocked his Obama t-shirt for the many photo ops, before his candidate got elected last night. He'll also be taking on hosting duties for SNL next weekend, though lots of you are on the fence about whether or not you'll be tuning in after the election. Either way, the movie opens on Friday and is already getting good reviews - be sure to check back to see what Buzz had to say about Paul and Seann as a comedy team.

Sugar Bits - MTV's TRL Canceled, Last Show in November

Following rumors going back a long way, TRL has been canceled after 10 years and will end with a two-hour special in November. The executive producer says this is temporary and they are only taking a break. - AP
Amy Poehler will be leaving SNL after the election in November to have her baby and focus on her new pilot post-maternity leave. About it she said, "It's gonna be really hard - Boyz II Men hard - to say goodbye to yesterday." - LA Times
Tom Hanks will be honored at the Film Society Society at Lincoln Center's 36th Gala Tribute on April 27 in New York City. - E! Online
Victoria's Secret has added model Marisa Miller as its new Angel. She walked in last year's fashion show and modeled for previous VS campaigns. - People

Charlize the Non-Diva Joins Will and Jason on TRL

The stars of Hancock swung by TRL in NYC yesterday to ham it up for MTV. Will Smith and Charlize Theron had a little fun at Jason Bateman's expense, but that sounds like the hardest time she's willing to give anyone. She recently said, "I'm lazy and to be a diva takes a lot of energy and so that's why I don't do it. . . it's a lot of work to be a diva. People forget. It's hard to yell at people and it's really hard to hit them. If I had more energy I would do it." One place she hasn't seemed lazy recently is her stunning red carpet premiere looks.

Liv Goes Live on MTV's TRL

Liv Tyler stopped by TRL earlier this week to promote The Hulk, looking cute and happy in a simple black dress. This hasn't been the best month for her, between splitting with her husband and her dad's trip to rehab, but that hasn't stopped Liv from smiling and looking fab for her recent press appearances. Liv will also be presenting at the MTV Movie Awards on June 1st, which means she will be taking home an awesome gift bag filled with all kinds of amazing goodies. Jealous? Shia and Harrison Share Their Mutual Man Crushes

Fresh off their stint in Cannes, Shia LaBeouf and Harrison Ford took their side-by-side promotional tour back to the states for a trip to TRL yesterday before the big NYC premiere. Shia looked all cleaned up with his short hair and cardigan while Mr. Indiana Jones wasn't looking too shabby himself. With Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull only one day away, the boys are laughing it up together and raving about how much they've learned from one another. Here are highlights from an interview at the Cannes premiere:

Harrison on Shia: "He has an enormous talent. He had some very archaic skills to acquire and he worked really hard. He will be around for a long, long time."
Shia on Harrison: "Even if you're welcome the scope is daunting and you have to get past that Harrison is Harrison – that's very scary. We started by jumping right into stunts and you find this mutual respect with Harrison who doesn't warm easy. And when we became friends everything became easier."

Considering Buzz's review and how obvious it is that these boys know how to have fun together, we can't wait to see Shia show off his sidekick skills when the movie hits theaters this weekend.

Cameron and Ashton Too Tuckered Out for Gala After TRL

Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher hammed it up with lots of smiles and laughs stopping by TRL yesterday afternoon. After a long day of TV appearances, neither half of this What Happens in Vegas duo made it out to last night's big huge A-List event, the Costume Institute Gala. Ashton and his fashionable wife were surprisingly not on the expected attendee list, but Cameron was set to be dressed by Dior for the night. Considering her emotional month, can't blame Cam for wanting to skip out on a red carpet or two but after last year's stunning look we were looking forward to seeing what she pulled out this year. Hey, we'll take what we can get and seeing her smiles back again are more than good enough.

Hilary Duff Is a Non-Judgmental Hockey Addict

Hilary Duff was looking red hot showing off her legs during a visit to TRL yesterday. She's been making her way through NYC promoting War, Inc, but at the premiere last night, she couldn't help straying off topic of her new film just a little. She talked about her boyfriend Mike being supportive and patient as well as her latest hockey obsession. When asked to weigh in on the Miley Cyrus' Vanity Fair photo, Hilary kept it classy saying, "Who am I to judge decisions that she made?" Miley could learn a lesson from the former Disney star.

Dempsey and Michelle Witness Red Carpet Wedding

Patrick Dempsey and Michelle Monaghan looked adorably casual for TRL yesterday then cleaned up quite nicely for the premiere of Made of Honor in NYC. It's only appropriate that they got dressed to the nines for the red carpet, since it wasn't just about celebrity photo ops - one couple won the contest to get married at the premiere! The ceremony was officiated by Entertainment Tonight's Mary Hart and included a Honeymoon in Paris and dance lessons. Patrick commented, "I'm sure the couple's going to remember this for the rest of their lives." Ryan Is Scoring Big Time With the Hot Leading Ladies

A sexy sweater-vest wearing Ryan Reynolds stopped by TRL yesterday along with his co-stars Abigail Breslin and Elizabeth Banks to promote Definitely, Maybe. The two ladies seem like pretty good substitute Valentine's Day dates since Scarlett was busy overseas. In this movie he gets to romance three gorgeous women, which was more exciting than his role across from Julia Roberts in Fireflies in the Garden. He said,

“I was so excited until I found out the scenes I have with her are when she’s playing my mother. I was like, 'Couldn't we have a hot romance instead?' It's so sad. I have to tell my friends that I'm getting to act with the old Julia Roberts."

We know Ryan has had a thing for older ladies in the past (cough Alanis cough) so we can understand his disappointment. Plus Ryan realized he may have sounded a bit harsh and he attempted to redeem himself afterwards by calling Julia a class act. Luckily, Julia has some of the sexiest movie scenes ever under her belt, even if they aren't with hot Ryan.

Rachel Jumped Right on Someone Else's Role

Hayden Christensen, Rachel Bilson, and Samuel L. Jackson made the requisite stop by TRL to promote Jumper yesterday. Fun fact: Rachel and Hayden weren't the original stars of the movie - director Doug Liman had two lesser-known actors all ready to go, but decided to change it up and make his characters a bit older at the last second. What's more random is that Rachel had a coincidental meeting with Teresa Palmer, the actress slated to play her part, just weeks before the switch. Rachel said,

"It was a couple of weeks before I got the call from Doug. I really liked her. It was really weird to meet the person and talk to her about it. She was having a really good time [on the film]. It was just sort of funny."

It must have been hard to lose the part, but apparently a role isn't the only thing Rachel and Teresa have in common. Rumor has it Palmer is dating her newest co-star in Justice League of America, Adam Brody. Good thing Rachel's got a new cute boy of her own.
