Nikki Reed wore a sexy short dress to stop by and chat with Alexa Chung on her show while Ashley Greene popped by Regis and Kelly where Kristen Stewart also made an appearance. Kellan was still hanging out in LA, but he was headed to NYC to join the rest of the cast before tomorrow's big release!

Patrick was recently named one of the highest paid men in prime time TV, so the handsome Grey's Anatomy star can certainly afford to satisfy his passion for luxurious rides.
