Kevin Federline Brings a Little More to the Pool With SP & JJ
It was Kevin Federline and his girlfriend Victoria Prince's turn to take the boys to the pool in Miami over the weekend. Yesterday Britney, Jamie Lynn and Lynne showed off their bikini bodies with Sean Preston, Jayden James and Maddie — but Kevin's bulked up physique is the one turning heads this time. There have been rumors that the formerly fit backup dancer/aspiring rapper was putting on the lbs for a weight loss show, but either way he looks a lot different than he did a few years back.

Now You Can Exercise Just Like Britney Spears!
Britney Spears stepped out of the dance studio over the weekend in her sweats. While we'll have to wait until her appearance on GMA in December to see her show off her moves again on stage, Britney is giving us a peek inside her other workout routine. She put together a little video with her trainer, showing how she gets fit by lifting weights in her house — check it out here.
Britney Spears Is a Fit Vision in White
Britney Spears and her bodyguard arrived at Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood yesterday taking advantage of those last few weeks to wear all shades of white — right down to her BlackBerry case. While the over $700,000 in custody legal bills Brit has to pay is making headlines, it seems to be no stress for the shopping pop star. One thing that is making her sweat, however, is her fitness regimen which along with her new diet (no Frappuccinos!) helped land her yet another OK!
Selma Blair Shows Off More of Kim's Awesome Fashion
It looks like our newest TV funny woman, Kim, has a passion for bright lamé string bikinis! Selma Blair looked less than thrilled to model this latest pink sensation and a unique yellow top with some silly matching accessories on set in LA yesterday. I will say even if she isn't loving the requisite weight gain and not fitting into her clothes for the role, she still looks pretty great in that bathing suit.
Ryan Gosling Is 24 Hour Hotness
Ryan Gosling looked smokin' as he enjoyed a protein shake on the way out of 24 Hour Fitness in LA yesterday. Seems like he's pretty dedicated to keeping those big guns of his in shape with weight training. Whether Ryan is beefing up for a role or just wants to keep looking sexy in those t-shirts, no complaints here about a guy who understands the importance of sharing his manjoyment with the world.

Scrubs, Ashton, and Life on Mars All Go Big on ABC
Yesterday was another fun one at the TCAs in LA! Buzz and I buckled down to enjoy the first day of ABC panels, which included some swoonworthy celebrity sightings including Ashton Kutcher and newly fit Zach Braff. Check out Buzz for full news on the shows, but here are my thoughts on the day, shows, and whether or not Jonny Lee Miller wants to talk about Angelina Jolie:

When we caught up with Lauren Conrad, the sunny California starlet was relaxing in her home we all know so well from The Hills. Lauren was friendly and down to earth, which was just what we expected from the everyday girl gone famous who we've watched grow up over the past five years. She stopped mid-sentence to ask Lo what music they've been listening to and walked over to her fridge — around boxes from her basement flooding that morning!
