Britney performed "Womanizer" at the 2008 Bambi Awards on Thursday in Germany. It's the first big act in her upcoming promotional tour for her new album that comes out on Tuesday, which is also her birthday. It's a big week for Britney who also has her MTV documentary on Sunday, which should give us an inside look on how she prepared for this comeback. John Mayer Adds More Sex to His To-Do Lists

John Mayer stopped to greet a fan as he strolled along the streets of NYC on Saturday. He wasn't able to be in LA for last night's American Music Awards, as he had a few shows in the Big Apple over the last week and is due to take his Battle Studies promotional tour to Canada tomorrow. John has been doing a fair share of press for his new album and spoke recently with The New York Times about his record as well as his ladies' man status. Here's more:

On dating: "I should be having sex with more girls. It’s crazy to me that in my head, that being 32 and dating women is going to get me in trouble. I can’t even explain to you how terrible that feels, that I equate dating a woman with punishment, shame, guilt, disappointment, reproach, reprimand, persecution. It’s a nightmare."
On taking musical risks: "There’s nothing I’ve done musically that’s been a wild misstep. Basically, you’re saying, can you risk failure? And that’s something that I’m struggling with right now, because in my life, I would like to do something in music that risks a misstep."
On letting personal relationships take over his music: "What is the odd man out - is it the record or the coverage? I’m not going to let it be the record. I think if you’re listening to Battle Studies and you think it’s a record about high-profile relationships, I haven’t done a good enough job."

Rihanna Plays Russian Roulette From France to England

Rihanna showed off a range of outfits yesterday, kicking off her afternoon in printed leggings as she made her way to Paris's Skyrock Studios to keep promoting her upcoming album Rated R. She wrapped up her French fun by the evening, when she caught the Eurostar train to London. She was all wrapped up in a big sweater for her arrival at St. Pancras station, and she walked through the crowds on the way to her waiting car. It's been quite a week for Rihanna, after being honored at Glamour's Woman of the Year event and opening up to Diane Sawyer about her intense last year. Rihanna is preparing to perform on Britain's X Factor show while the brand new video for "Russian Roulette" is out - watch it after the jump.

Halle Speaks Up About Her Effort to Stop Domestic Violence

Halle Berry flashed a smile as she ran errands in LA yesterday, but this evening we'll see her more serious side on the NBC Nightly News. In the segment, Halle shared her own experience with domestic violence while talking about her work with the Jenesse Center in LA, saying, "My mother was a battered woman and that was my childhood for a good chunk of it...Early on in my life, I made choices, and I chose men that were abusive because that was what I knew growing up." Halle has come a long way in speaking out about her own difficult past and recently finding happiness with Gabriel and Nahla. Next month, Halle will be honored for her work in the industry at the Hollywood Reporter's Power 100: Women in Entertainment breakfast where's she will receive the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award.

Status Update: Justin Is on the Set of The Social Network

Justin Timberlake brought Jessica Biel along for last night's star-studded Jay-Z concert, but today he was up bright and early to report to the LA set of The Social Network. Production on the film was underway last week in Maryland, but shooting has switched over to the West Coast for now. JT's career in film seems to be moving right along, as he also just picked up a role in the upcoming Yogi Bear movie. In not-so-great news, Justin is getting more wrapped up in the legal drama surrounding a woman who was recently accused of stalking him.

Carey is a busy woman working on her current movie and promoting her well-reviewed film An Education. Blake Lively Opens Up About Her Private Lives in Marie Claire

Blake Lively showed off a selection of sexy black bras for December's Marie Claire. It's been a busy year for the star, as she juggled her day job on Gossip Girl with film projects like The Town. Blake opened up to the magazine about her TV show and another of her movies, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, also sharing a little about her personal style. Here's more:

On her first day on set with Maria Bello: "I was honestly terrified. I hadn't slept that much, and all I wanted that day was for Maria to say, 'Wow, great job.' And when she didn't say anything to me, I thought, Oh, my gosh, I'm terrible. She hates it. She's calling her agent, saying, 'What have you gotten me into?' But once we finished filming, she was so complimentary and sweet. The way Maria worked was very method, and then [costar] Julianne Moore was the complete opposite - between takes, she was a nice, normal mom talking about her kid's baseball games."
On Serena van der Woodsen: "As a character, I get to be this wild, outgoing person that I'm so not. I think it all comes from being the youngest of five. I was always observing my siblings and hearing stories about their lives that turned out to be helpful as an actress."
On her personal style: "Living in New York, I feel stronger and more like a woman than ever before. In high school, it was like, what power do I have - I have long blond hair, you know? But working as hard as I do now, I feel a sense of power and respect, too. And I've learned an incredible amount about fashion on Gossip Girl. Clothes are a personal expression, and my style is as ever-changing as I am: I'm growing, maturing, developing, I'm going through new things in my life, and with that, what I choose to wear changes."
