Paris and Jessica Are Second to the First Ladies of Africa
Paris Hilton and Jessica Alba stepped out last night to celebrate the First Ladies of Africa Health Summit, which drew the wives of African heads of state together to try and collectively solve issues plaguing the continent. Paris seemed to have taken a particular liking to the First Lady of Cameroon, Chantal Biya, while Jess mingled with other celebs like Naomi Campbell and Kristen Davis. It wasn't an Earth Day celebration, but Paris and Jessica were doing their part to bring attention to another of the world's important causes.

The card is made of environmentally friendly materials, uses only digital bills to cut down on paper waste, and donates to a green charity for every transaction. Of course, saving the world is a huge part of Leo's life these days, which he happily admitted when talking about his two great passions in life: "acting and being an environmental activist."
