Jim, Jenny and Zooey Say Yes to LA

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy channeled some old school glamour for the LA premiere of Yes Man last night. After Jim's joking failed proposal on Ellen yesterday, the two looked perfectly happy together on the red carpet. Jim's costar Zooey Deschanel looked simply gorgeous in her wintery silver dress but she doesn't only act in the movie, but she provides her lovely voice too. The feel-good movie hits theaters tomorrow and in the interest of all things Zooey and all things Jim, hopefully audiences say yes to this one over the weekend.

Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel headed to London for a photo call earlier today for their new movie Yes Man before bundling up and walking the red carpet at the premiere. The comedic pair went above and beyond the standard red carpet poses, hamming it up together and having a blast for the cameras. It looks like these two have charm and chemistry to spare, and we're looking forward to having another comedy option at the theaters to add some fun to the holiday season.

Jim and Zooey Are Still Saying Yes

Yes Man is set to hit theaters in December, but Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel were still hard at work on the film in LA this past weekend. They looked like they were having a blast together on the set, and we imagine that there must be a lot of laughs with these two around. The teaser trailer looks fun so tell us if you're planning to check out the movie. It's on our short list since we're excited to see Jim's return to comedy paired with Zooey's quirky charm on the big screen.

Jim Carrey Really Throws Himself Into His New Role

Jim Carrey took the plunge in the name of his craft, bungee jumping on the set of Yes Man in Pasadena yesterday. Quite the stunt man, eh? The movie is about a man who decides to say "yes" to everything for an entire year (and I'm going to go ahead and guess that involves daring new adventures like this one). Sounds like it could be classic endearing Carrey rather than the dark stuff like The Number 23, which earned him a Razzie nod, yay. His costar Zooey Deschanel is nowhere to be seen - perhaps she was off working on her new musical project with M. Ward (which I'm so excited about). While that duet sounds awesome, seeing her paired up with Jim on the big screen is a team I can't wait to see in 2008.

I Always Say Yes to Jim and Zooey

Two of my very favorites Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel were hard at work together on their upcoming movie Yes Man in LA over the weekend. The movie is about a guy (Jim) who challenges himself to always answer "yes" for an entire year. Do I smell an inspirational comedy? I think so. That being said, I'll be first in line for this one. Anything that combines Jim and Zooey gets a big yes (groan) in my book.

Jim Carrey Is a Yes Man

We were thrilled when Jim Carrey debuted his new do a few weeks ago, and now we know why. The actor is back at work on a comedy that is supposed to be old school Jim Carrey style. The film called Yes Man is about a guy who decides to say yes to anything and everything for an entire year. The adorable Zooey D is his romantic interest and Bradley Cooper will play his BFF. These pictures remind me of my favorite Jim character, Truman Burbank. And on that note, in case I don't see ya...good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight, or maybe I should be saying, yes, yes, yes.

Rachel McAdams Greets the Morning Glory

Rachel McAdams arrived at the set of Morning Glory in NYC on Sunday in her cozy Vince cardigan, before heading to Long Island for more filming in her "Yes, I Accept" t-shirt yesterday. She's going to have a hard time getting a chance to take a Summer vacation between filming and promoting The Time Traveler's Wife which hits theaters in August. Luckily her man Josh seems happy to keep her busy when she's not working, though the MTV Movie Awards had us reminiscing about when her lips had her occupied elsewhere.

Kate Winslet Isn't Letting Her Cute Oscar Go

Kate Winslet traveled from LAX to JFK yesterday with her Oscar in hand at all times. The actress's touching speech was one of our favorite Oscar moments from Sunday night. and Kate is still glowing with pride from her big win. Yesterday, Kate told Oprah endearing stories about her family's Oscar experience and more on quitting nudity in films. Here's more:

On calling her kids backstage after winning: "I said, 'Hi, Mia, did you jump up and down?' [Mia] says: 'Yes, I did, Mum, I did. I need to talk to you about the dress-it was gray.' She was absolutely mortified I wore a gray dress."
On her dad whistling at the Oscars: "We grew up with that. He's just a rock star, my father. We went to the Vanity Fair party, and my dad met Elvis Costello, so that was a really fabulous moment for us. Thank God I brought my camera. I was kind of the sad tourist, taking photos of my dad with as many celebrities as possible. It was really great."
On nudity in her films: "I have done quite a lot of nudity, and I feel like my kids-they're 8 and 5 now-maybe they're going to start to become aware of the amount of nudity I've done. I just sort of feel like I can't get away with it that much longer."
On her trophy: "Isn't he cute? I keep sort of looking at him . . . and looking at every little piece. Very nice bottom."

She shared her little man with Meryl Streep at the VF afterparty, but now that she's headed home she has it all to herself while she contemplates her next project.
