Dolce & Gabbana SS09 Ad Campaign
The first two shots are what we see from Dolce & Gabbana every season: a few girls in a room with couches draped in D&G, usually on a couch. The third reminds me on Givenchy, though, and I like it, but it's inconsistent with the rest. Let me know what you think!

This collection was influenced by old Hollywood glamour. More particularly, Marilyn Monroe, and in this they were looking for something else in clothes, as we all are seeing these collections now. "There is a need to dream and go beyond this moment," Domenico Dolce stated pre-show backstage.
Scarlett Johansson the face of D&G's New Make-up Line
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana love Scarlet Johansson's lips. The actress was named the face of their new cosmetics line, and they're quick to say her pout looks "kissable" and even said "If you’ve ever scribbled your number on a beer mat with no result - this is film is for you...although somehow we can't imagine this has happened to Scarlett or those lips," when referring to her new movie, He's Just Not That Into You in a blog post titled "From Scarlett Johansson's lips", posting the new ad for their brand's new cosmetics line on their online extravaganza, Swide. If you can guess anything by now, the nude corset and her pale skin only let you focus on one thing in the ad: her lips.
