Billionaire Ex Sues Ellen Barkin
There just doesn't seem to be any makeup in the ugly divorce of cosmetics king Ronald Perelman and his ex-wife, Ellen Barkin. The Revlon mogul has filed suit against the actress and and her brother, George Barkin, claiming that they're siphoning off funds from a production company the trio started in 2005. According to papers filed on the billionaire's behalf in Manhattan Supreme Court, the two have been using the film company, Applehead I, as a private piggy bank.Ellen Barkin Hits Back at Her Ex Husband
Representatives for Ellen Barkin hit back Thursday at her ex-husband Ronald Perelman, calling his newly filed lawsuit against the actress and her brother "frivolous" and "without merit." Perelman, 64, the Revlon mogul, has sued Ellen and George Barkin, claiming they are siphoning off funds from a production company the three started in 2005. A rep for the company, Applehead I, said Thursday that Perelman's "cynical abuse of the legal system is disappointing, but not surprising."Lucky 13 for Brad and the boys.
