Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon welcomed twin boys in October – and now the Haiti-born actress, 44, is showing them off in the March 31 issue of Jet magazine. "We're so in love with them," the former NYPD Blue cast member told PEOPLE about sons Jax and Jaid. (Dad is Garcelle's husband since 2001, Mike Nilon.) "The boys are just gorgeous."
