Super producer Jermaine Dupri is set to be honored with a Bill of Rights award next Monday, December 8 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California will honor Dupri with the 2008 Bill of Rights Award along with fellow honoree Earvin “Magic” Johnson. Justin Timberlake has been slammed by Janet Jackson’s boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri, for failing to support Janet Jackson after her ‘wardrobe malfunction.’
Jackson famously exposed part of her breast whilst performing alongside Timberlake at the half-time Superbowl show in 2004.
The unplanned incident, which shocked millions of TV viewers, was deemed to have been a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ by officials.

Janet Jackson has been released from the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, Canadian news network the CBC is reporting. The 42-year-old singer was discharged after two hours on Monday night, a spokesperson for the hospital told the CBC.
