Lionel Richie extremely proud of Nicole
Lionel Richie is a proud new grandfather – though he's still getting used to his new status, the singer said in a statement Tuesday.
"While it may take me a moment to adjust to being called grand dad, I am extremely happy and proud of Nicole and Joel," Richie says, referring to the birth of his granddaughter.
"Harlow Winter Kate Madden, the newest and most beautiful addition to the Richie clan, is a lucky little girl," he added.

This song use to play over and over again on my tv station when i was little, i always use to sing along and end up with tears in my eyes :) but laughing, such a BEAUTIFUL SONG/LYRICS AND VIDEO!! that was the first time i saw Nicole Richie too, i thought she was sooo gorgeously cute and loved her curly sandy blonde hair, her eyes and her complexion.......now look what she went and do to her self as she got older (trying to fit in too much it seems) i thought all 3(the girls singing) of them looked like they could be related Love oh love, such a blessed thing! Susie makes fun of me for loving this guy so much, but I love me some Lionel Richie. I never even heard of this song until 1987, and it was a big joke for my sister and my aunt to sing me Lionel songs to make fun of me. This is my favorite Lionel Richie song.
