Michael J. Fox will guest star in a four-episode arc of FX's firefighter drama Rescue Me, it was announced Tuesday at FX's Television Critics Association press tour.
The 47-year-old actor - who suffers from Parkinson's disease - will play a wheelchair-confined love interest for Denis Leary’s on-screen ex, Janet (Andrea Roth).

Power Lists are so over. Magazines, including EW, have done them for decades, but as way of digging deep into Hollywood's DNA, "power" has become sort of beside the point. "Power" just tells you who's in charge.

Ryan Reynolds is running the New York City marathon.
Though he admits, "I am a running joke," he says he is determined to hit the finish line to honor his father Jim, who has spent the last 15 years battling Parkinson's.
"I've watched my father -- a strong and proud person who successfully raised 4 arguably insane children - slowly, cruelly stripped of his independence," he writes in a new Huffington Post column.
