Sex and the City 2 has been confirmed!
SATC writer-director Michael Patrick King tells E!’s Marc Malkin, “I’m very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel…but I’m busy with my Sex life.”
All four Sex-y ladies — Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis — signed their deals yesterday afternoon! Shooting begins this summer with a tentative Summer 2010 release date.

As much as I enjoyed creating an outfit from the Movie I really wanted to share pictures of the outfits in the soon to be seen Sex & The City Movie.

WHEN it comes to products helping to promote the coming film based on the popular TV series “Sex and the City,” it seems the sky is the limit.
Advertising: Accounts, People, Miscellany (March 17, 2008) Better make that the Skyy is the limit, as in Skyy vodka, which is being named the “official spirits sponsor” for the movie. Among the tie-ins are drinks made with Skyy to be served at Houlihan’s restaurants and named after characters like Carrie, Samantha and Mr. Big.

Sex and the City director Michael Patrick King asked Kristin Davis to go au natural during a shower scene for the up and coming movie. But Kristin wanted no part of it and actually fought to keep her clothes on.
“He (King) tried to get me to be naked in that shower scene but I feel like I can’t do that stuff.

Jennifer Hudson was added to the cast of Sex and the City for the cult TV show’s movie adaptation so there would be a young black face in the mix.
Sarah Jessica Parker reveals director Michael Patrick King was very keen to sign Hudson up to play Carrie Bradshaw’s assistant in the much-anticipated new film - because she could serve two huge areas of Sex And The City’s audience.
She explains, “First of all we needed to have a 20-year-old in this movie; we really have to remember that there is a significant audience now that are very, very young.

"Michael Patrick King, our director, has never told us to lose weight," Kristin Davis told Usmagazine.com at The Point Foundation awards in NYC on Monday. "We've been in a nice situation where we've been appreciated for ourselves.
