After a trip to the emergency room in Tennessee, country singer Mindy McCready entered rehab for undisclosed reasons, her rep tells PEOPLE. "Mindy McCready did receive emergency care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center," says her rep. Mindy McCready will voluntarily surrender to authorities Tuesday to serve 60 days in a Tennessee jail for a probation violation, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
