Madonna’s brother Chris Ciccone says he knows what split up his sister and her second husband and it’s all down to the Kabbalah cult. Ciccone, 48, spoke to our friends at the Bild and said that he’s sure Madonna’s slavish devotion to the cult hastened the end of her marriage. Ciccone has admitted that his relationship with his sister essentially ended when she got together with Guy Ritchie, who he claims doesn’t like gay people.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Madonna's brother Christopher Ciccone says the singer would "do her best to maintain" her marriage to British director Guy Ritchie and that he doubts she had an affair with Yankee baseball player Alex Rodriguez.
Madonna and Ritchie have been plagued by persistent tabloid rumors that their marriage is to end, prompting the singer to release a statement saying she is not planning to divorce her husband and denying an affair with Rodriguez.
Ciccone, who says he has had little to do with his sister since she married Ritchie in December 2000, has written a memoir called "Life with my sister Madonna," which will be published by Simon Spotlight Entertainment on Tuesday.

Us Weekly reports in its new issue, on newsstands tomorrow, that Madonna's seven-year marriage to Guy Ritchie has stalled out – and the singer has been hosting late-night visits from New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez at her Central Park West apartment in New York City.
A ringless and grim-faced Ritchie, 39, arrived in New York City from London yesterday after several weeks apart from his family. A source tells Us that the $28-million-a-year Rodriguez, 32, has made numerous solo nighttime visits to Madonna, 49, at her spacious home and would sneak out "as late as midnight."

Filmmaker Guy Ritchie is stunned by the overwhelming love he has for adopted son David Banda - because he didn’t expect to feel such strong emotions.
The Snatch director and his superstar wife Madonna brought the tot back from Malawi in October 2006, and faced a bitter 20-month battle for the adoption to be approved by the African country’s courts.
The adoption of the tot was highly controversial, with the couple attracting accusations that it had bypassed the impoverished nation’s laws that ban non-residents from adopting Malawian children.

Madonna, 49, and husband Guy Ritchie, 39, have sent aides to scour Cambodia for a new daughter according to the UK Sun.
Madonna chose Cambodia after seeing how smoothly Angelina Jolie’s adoption went of Maddox, six, from the country in 2002.
Though their adoption of 2-year-old David Banda from Malawi is not yet final the couple has so enjoyed the experience that they have started looking in Cambodia for the next member of their brood
Madonna who also has two biological children, Lourdes, 11, and Rocco, 7, was reportedly looking to adopt a baby girl from Malawi, but after all the red tape involved in David’s adoption, she decided to look elsewhere.
