Judge to reverse conviction in MySpace hoax
LOS ANGELES - A federal judge on Thursday tentatively threw out the convictions of a Missouri mother for her role in a MySpace hoax directed at a 13-year-old neighbor girl who ended up committing suicide. Former Ultimate Fighting Championship participant Justin Levens, 28, and his wife Sarah McLean-Levens, 25, were found shot to death in their Laguna Niguel, Calif., home early Thursday.
