This year I got a small tree (about four feet) and topped it with a hat. My makeshift decorations include a mantle is decorated with lunch boxes, vintage Christmas cards, and other knickknacks. My favorite tacky decorations are the mice dressed as Mr. and Mrs. Claus under the tree.
