I spotted (and loved) Thomas Paul's typewriter laptop case over the Summer, but just recently found even more retro-inspired cases. The Simpler Times Old-Fashioned Cases ($25 each) are made for a cell phone, digital camera, and MP3 player and feature super-retro versions of the modern-day gadgets they're meant to hold.
Given my love for vintage geekery, I'm definitely a fan of these cute cases.

This post is more of a vent, since truly, no one can help in this situation. My boyfriend of 4 years died 6 months ago, we had lived together for three years and planned on getting married. 6 months is not a short amount of time, but after losing someone so close to me, it's not weird that I am still upset.

Zac Efron can act, people! Okay, so he's not going to win an Oscar for his performance in Me and Orson Welles, but he does take a step away from the tween territory of High School Musical and 17 Again to prove that he can hold his own among more experienced performers.
Efron stars as the "Me" in Me and Orson Welles, an over confident aspiring young actor named Richard whose only prior work includes a couple of high school productions — until he lucks into a bit part in Welles's stage production of Julius Caesar.

Thanksgiving is a busy day in every household and coming up with ways to entertain the children can require more energy than a cooking mama or papa has on reserve. Planning a simple arts and crafts project and setting up a table for scribbling, decorating and family bonding time will keep the tots occupied while the grown-ups cook, watch football, sip a glass of vino and prepare the big meal. Check out some of our favorite projects for a little artistic inspiration.

Known for its one of a kind animated greeting cards where you can have your photo placed on a dancing character, Cardfunk.com has come up with a different approach on their usual animated greeting cards this time by infusing techno music.
Techno music being largely popular in the West was the main reason why Cardfunk.com has to create animated greeting cards that have, well, techno music as a background.
Only this time since the holidays are nearing, Cardfunk.com also needs to impart some Christmas spirit in their cards thus, the creation of Dancing Christmas Toys.
