While Britney Spears battles for custody of her own kids, she wants to help the rest of the children of the world by auctioning off a signed copy of her latest CD, Blackout. Spears, 25, has partnered with photo agency X17 to raise money for UNICEF by auctioning the CD on eBay. The mother of Haiti bike boy Charlie Simpson said last night: I am so proud of him.
Mum Leonora, whose seven-year-old had raised an astonishing £125,000 for earthquake victims yesterday with a sponsored ride, said she was stunned at how Charlie's idea had taken off.
She added: What started off as a little cycle round the park with his dad has turned into something a lot bigger than that and we can't believe it.
