Hi everyone, Hope you had a great week and stayed true to your fitness and health objectives while still enjoying yourselves. I have to admit I've been doing my fair share of icecream eating recently, but do my best to cut back a little in any other indulegences that day if possible and stick with the workout program I have been doing. That being said, I've been doing this neat little trick to kick up my ab workouts and while at the beach the other day noticed that my abs are looking pretty toned and I think it's a good trick worth sharing: So, in between sets of lifting weights (for upper body I'm mostly at the cable machine area of the gym or free weights but you could do this anywhere) I do some ab exercise.My new after divorce body
