I am on the verge of tears right now! I hate my complexion and am beginning to become very depressed about it! I know I'm a very pretty girl but my complexion is HORRIBLE and i've been to numerous dermatologists who've all prescribed hundreds of dollars of topical and oral medications for my acne and it just won't go away!

To get rid of acne scars, try a gentle at-home peel like Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel ($15, drugstores). It will deeply exfoliate, removing the top layer of dead skin, and eventually reduce the appearance of the scars. Use it up to three times a week (never more than that!), but if your skin starts to get red and irritated, cut back to once a week.

Even if skin care products usually do not give nutrients deep into the actual living cells under the superficial layers of the skin, the Vitamin E in several products is actually beneficial. Researchers have found that by using antioxidants to the skin, free radical damage that would usually happen through exposure to sunlight, can be avoided or at least lessened. Vitamin E is a well known component in many skin care creams of Netalab. The scientist proved that the protective effects of Vitamin E from that time of UV exposure were seen 2-3 days later.

I know it's dumb, but I picked at a couple things and now have some red marks from acne scars. I'm tired of covering them up with concealer every day.
What can I do to reduce the redness and/or make them disappear completely?

I have tried TONS of different foundations, and found many that I've liked. Problem is, many foundations don't like me- they aggravate my acne. I have acne scars so I need a foundation that is full-coverage even when I'm not having a breakout.

Okay my fellow Sugars... I have a question for you. A month or so ago I got two pimples on my cheek (which is odd I don't get them very often)...

i love this story  of that :FLOWER: yet i love the stone so much more ;)
You have hardened", said the flower, bending her petals downward toward the half stone at her roots. "These rains should have softened you, made you more fertile and receptive to the seeds of the fields; but no. You have accumulated minerals and have become more silent and full of calcium.
