FDA Food Allergies: Reducing the Risks
Food allergies can range from merely irritating to life-threatening. Approximately 30,000 Americans go to the emergency room each year to get treated for severe food allergies, according to the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN). It is estimated that 150 to 200 Americans die each year because of allergic reactions to food.

Even if skin care products usually do not give nutrients deep into the actual living cells under the superficial layers of the skin, the Vitamin E in several products is actually beneficial. Researchers have found that by using antioxidants to the skin, free radical damage that would usually happen through exposure to sunlight, can be avoided or at least lessened. Vitamin E is a well known component in many skin care creams of Netalab. The scientist proved that the protective effects of Vitamin E from that time of UV exposure were seen 2-3 days later.

Hey All,
So recently, my 3 year old son has been breaking out in hives. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to pinpoint the cause just yet. The hives look like raised, circular welts that start on his cheeks and spreads to his arms.

Has anyone been to an allergist before? My doctor is sending me to one because I haven't been able to find a medicine to control my allergies/sinus problems. I was wondering what to expect....
Thanks!

I went to a yoga class the other night and just about everything about it was perfect. It was a Vinyasa class, so we did all these different arm balancing poses and hip openers, and the music was really vibrant and loud (I love that).
The instructor kicked my butt.

I just found out that I'm pregnant and my mind is going a mile a minute. I'm 25 years old, single, and just started a new job after being laid off for almost a year. I also just moved into a new apartment with two other roommates.
