Dear Sugar,
I am sending out invitations to my bachelorette party and it just occurred to me that I am inviting girls that are not invited to my wedding. Is that considered poor etiquette? -- Clueless Cameron

My cousin is getting married in two weeks and asked me to be her "maid of honor" which I must admit I was not really all that happy about. (but I didn't show it!) She doesn't really have any other friends besides three girls she just recently met in nursing school. I have been in more than my fair share of weddings, and although it is always an honor, it is also always expensive.

ok ok I get it, the bride is always right.
We, my bro and I , met her in 3 of the classes we share in college. That's why when she set the wedding date she told us, me, and then to him, to separate the day.

Hey maybe you guys can help me out... I was invited to a bachelorette party and I've never been to one, I was wondering if I should buy a gift for the bride. I was thinking like some gag gifts...

I was at the post office today and realized first class stamps are going up a penny in three weeks. Check the USPS news updates to keep track of this stuff (http://www.usps.com/prices/welcome.htm?from=bannercommunications&page=prices). All you people planning weddings right now need to keep track of the rate increases.

The day/week is finally here and we leave on Sunday for St. Lucia where we will be getting married. It is just going to be us, no guests, no reception...And even though we are going the non-traditional route I am still being pretty traditional.

Dear Sugar--
I just returned from my bachelorette party and on the last night, one of my bridesmaids, who had had one too many drinks, made a comment to one of the other girls saying that she couldn't stand my fiance! Unbenounced to her, I overheard her but didn't say anything out of respect for the other girls.
Well, now that we are all back, I can't stop thinking about what she said.

When choosing your maid of honor, brides tend to extend the invitation to their closest girlfriend or sister, sometimes even their mother. The MOH acts as your right hand woman throughout the entire wedding planning process, she stands next to you at your ceremony, helps you get ready, supports you, toasts you, and plans your fun filled bachelorette party.
Trusting someone to play such a big role in your wedding is a serious responsibility, so if you had to choose a celebrity to be your maid of honor, whom would you pick?

Dear Sugar
I was asked to be a bridesmaid in a new friend's wedding. We are not all that close and I was completely taken aback when she asked me to do her this honor. I don’t know many of her friends and don’t know anyone else in the wedding party.
