Lately, for no reason whatsoever, I've had this incredible craving for feta. The saltiness of it just seems to satisfy me like no other food in recent days. I've been coming up with whatever meals I could lately that have feta just because I must have it!

I really liked the muffin recipe, however, I would have maybe left the corn out and perhaps added more onion for flavor. I am sure the recipe would be great plain as well.
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Smoked Bacon Wrapped Crab
Ingredients
450g crab meat
450g smoked bacon - cut into strips
2 large jalapeno peppers,
Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 lime
Skewers and a fresh salad for serving
Recipe
Fill a saucepan two-thirds full with water and bring to a boil. Add the smoked bacon and blanch for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel
Toss the crab meat with lime juice and place strips of peppers and sticks of cheese across a strip of crab meat.

If you like spicy foods, you'll love this sizzling recipe!
Serves: 4; Prep Time: 12 minutes; Cook Time: 18 minutes
Ingredients:
3 strips lean bacon
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 canned chipotle chilies, minced
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 cup salsa
14-ounce jar sliced roasted red peppers, drained
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Place the bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Sizzle, turning occasionally, until cooked through (about 4 minutes).

Kevin Bacon will return to his musical roots when he performs at a New York concert with his brother on Tuesday.
Bacon, 49, formed his folk band The Bacon Brothers Duo with older brother Michael in 1995.
The pair is set to headline The Queens Theater in the Park Gala with a 70-minute set that will raise funds for local performing arts programs.

These are one of my favorite appetizers!! Growing up, my mom would make these every Christmas Eve and they have become a holiday favorite. They're not the healthiest, but hell, since when do we eat healthy during the holidays?

Bacon and Egg Spaghetti/Spaghetti alla Carbonara
Ingredients
salt and freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons/90ml extra-virgin olive oil
3 oz/90g thinly sliced pancetta or bacon, cut into julienne strips
1 ¼ /600g spaghetti
3 egg yolks
6 tablespoons/45g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
In a large pot bring 6qt/6 l salted water to a boil.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and pancetta or bacon together over medium heat. Sauté until crisp and golden, about 5 minutes.

I noticed a couple people putting up stuffed chicken/beef/etc recipes lately and that inspired me to go back and pull out this one. My husband and I made it for a family dinner with it pleased all 8 people! (Which in my family is next to impossible!) Absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
Eggs
Bacon
Frozen peas
Leftover rice (don't use freshly cooked)
Lite soy sauce
Method
In a wok, heat cooking oil until very hot. Pour in beaten eggs. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from wok and set aside.
