Hey All! Just wanted to introduce myself and give you some background on my marathon experience:
Completing my first half marathon was one of the best experiences of my life. Never being a great runner, a friend and I trained all summer - 3 days of running and 2 days of cross training each week - in 05 to complete the Seattle Half Marathon 15 seconds under my goal time.
