Everyone knows by now that magazines extensively airbrush the stars on their covers, and usually the celebs appreciate a little touchup and wouldn't want it any other way. But imagine Demi Moore, 47, getting her first look at the latest (December) cover of W and finding that a huge chunk of her hip has been digitally removed?
That's what the folks at Boing Boing called attention to yesterday.
Should I open a CD at my bank at this time?
I don't think it's a bad idea, it's just that rates were probably better a few years ago. I learned about CDs in high school and it's something I thought about doing in the past but for whatever reason didn't go ahead and open one and only now am I remembering about it. My only concern or regret is that the economy and rates have changed since I first learned about CDs so any returns won't be as good as say, 2003.230-page health bill draft

BoA and Father-In-Law Update
I just got back from the bank. They are still trying to sort things out, but since the money was caught, before it had to chance to be withdrawn from the other person's account, they are going to transfer my funds back as well as the other's person's funds that was taken out. In the meantime they are still doing their investigation to see who had access to everyone's account and was doing all of the transfering. I filed my police report on Saturday and other than cursing out my cousin's ungratel b*tch of a wife, there really isn't much left for me to do.
