2 eggs
1/2 C. store bought egg nog
2 T. spiced rum (optional)
1/4 t.
Sunday Brunch: Apple Crepes
Apple Crepes
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour, sifted
2 tablespoons sugar (for batter)
4 tablespoons sugar (for filling)
2 large apples
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Toss them with 4 Tbsp. sugar.
Incredibly easy apple tart
I made this apple tart this past weekend for lunch with a couple of friends. I thankfully, have an apple tree that is ready to be picked. Even with store bought apples, this tart is simple and delicious.
Thanksgiving Brunch- Mini Ham & Egg Casseroles w/ Tomato Salad
I like to have brunch Thanksgiving morning & eat dinner around 6-7pm. Because there is so much cooking to be done, I make this quick brunch that we can snack on all day. This is based on another recipe I found that used cheddar cheese- I use cream cheese & the old recipe uses canned biscuits the flaky layer ones, but I use baguette because it is faster...I also pair this with a quick tomato salad.Homemade Pumpkin Donuts

I found this Pumpkin Bread mix at Trader Joe's:
Today I decided that it would be interesting to see if I could use the mix to make donuts (I have misplaced the booklet that goes with the donut maker that has the recipes in it- I have it but it is packed somewhere.) This is the result:
I coated them in cinnamon sugar. Let me tell you...they are AMAZING!!!!!
