If you're reading this blog, you are obviously someone who cares about your health and nourishing your body through food. Chances are you're also someone who watches your weight. The need for weight loss was what inspired me to become educated on healthy eating.

1) Squats
There are many different types of squats, including the Chair Squat pictured here. Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat, keeping back straight, abs in and knees behind your toes.

19th: I did arms. I am getting a little used to the new intense routine, and finished up in 30 minutes rather than 45. I think it might be time to up some weights.
