1. Worst fast-food chicken meal
Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips from McDonald's (5 pieces) with creamy ranch sauce
830 calories
55 grams (g) fat (4.5 g trans fat)
48 g carbohydrates
The only thing "premium" about these strips is the caloric price you pay. Add a large fries and regular soda and this seemingly innocuous chicken meal tops out at 1,710 calories.

Just like everyone else, we’re obsessed with all things Twilight. So imagine our delight when we get to jet over to Vancouver, Canada, to watch the sequel being shot for ourselves! Here are all the behind-the-scenes secrets from the New Moon set (plus a few topless shots of the guys – well, we couldn’t resist)
1 During filming, Kristen was very serious about watching her scenes being played back.

I heard about these little wonders from the e-mails I get from hungry-girl.com
Avaliable in Chocolate Fudge, Cafe Latte, Strawberries and Cream, and Peaches and Cream, these smoothies boast only 90 calories (Okay, Peaches has 100) and state that, after 20 minutes of sipping one, you will feel satisfied.
The "cream" ones have NO fat, the Chocolate has one gram of fat, that which is NOT trans OR saturated, and the Cafe has 0.5 gram of fat, that, again, is NOT trans or saturated. Chocolate, Strawberry and Peaches smoothie says they have six grams of fiber (Cafe has five), which is a LOT for a small package and 90 calories!

If only I were referring to the ever so stylish wool pea coat, but no, I mean that terrible winter weight that starts to take over this time of year. Beginning with Halloween and, what seems like impossible to escape, candy. This is without a doubt my favorite time of year, but also the worst for fitness.

This website has a list of calorie counts for lots of fast food places. Of course you expect the places to be unhealthy, but some are insanely ridiculous!
