Perhaps it's a case of too much baby lifting, because new dad Keith Urban has been diagnosed with a slipped disc, his publicist, Paul Freundlich, confirms to PEOPLE.
The rep wouldn't comment on what caused the injury, but says it won't affect the singer's touring schedule.
Urban, 40, mentioned the setback to fans at a concert Saturday night at the Konocti Harbor Resort & Spa in Kelseyville, Calif., but, according to CMT.com, he went on to deliver an enthusiastic performance.

Tickling with cheap flattery

Barack Obama may not be the Big Thinker his fans think he is, but his big-time groveling is impressive. We've never seen a presidential performance quite like his Groveling, Toadying and Apple-Polishing Tour of the Olde Countries. If this is Monday, this must be a mosque.

Conservatives, as well as liberals, would undoubtedly be happier living in the kind of world envisioned by the left.
Very few people have either a vested interest or an ideological preference for a world in which there are many inequalities.
Even fewer would prefer a world in which vast sums of money have to be devoted to military defense, when so much benefit could be produced if those resources were directed into medical research instead.
