FRANKFORT, IN — Paul Brant considers himself a penny pincher, but his savings in quarters and gold dollar coins really paid off.
Brant, 70, used more than $25,000 in change to help buy a new Dodge Ram half-ton pickup truck Friday — 13 years after buying another truck with spare change.

So, the new "better" version of user generated content and groups is here. There are a lot of changes, some good, some bad, some kinks they're working on over the weekend.
There's one big change I've noticed that will definitely affect this group, and that is that haus and I can no longer edit your posts. Some of you may know that I will regularly fix html, edit a vague subject line, or provide an article source if it's inadvertently left out, but I can no longer do that, so please be extra careful with your posts.
The other thing I notice right off the bat is that you now have the option to compose your post in rich text or in html. If you want to use html to embed a video, an image, or use html to bold or italicize text, you need to click "Switch to raw html" underneath the box where you type your post. So, that is to say, if you were bolding text <b>like this</b>, you need to use the "Switch to raw html" option. Same goes if you are copying and pasting the code to embed a youtube video or something like that.

Topaz and citrine are the birthstones of the month of November. No wonder they make me think fall. Let's also take a look at another warm stone: smoky quartz. What exactly is the difference between these semi precious stones? It can get tricky, but here goes... Yellow or golden quartz is called citrine. Brownish yellow quartz may be called champagne citrine and bright pumpkin orange to dark orangish red in color usually go by the name madeira citrine. But the skinny is this, citrine is quartz which is warm toned (ie: yellow, orange, brown, red) For comparison, amethyst is purple quartz. Quartz is a common stone with a hardness of 7. It occurs naturally in many, many colors and may be treated to change its color too.
