I've kicked off November (the biggest food month of the year!) by resolving to give thanks for something every day. And in a few weeks, when it's holiday time, there's one thing that I'll be grateful for: our recent recipe series dedicated solely to macaroni and cheese. We sifted through numerous recipes to come up with 10 timeless dishes that, regardless of what kind of Thanksgiving you're planning, will be a smash hit.

Fellow Kitchen Goddesses,
Does anyone have any delicous mascarpone cheese recipes? I made Chocolate-Glazed Hazelnut Mousse Cake yesterday and now I have half a large container of the cheese leftover. Since it is very expensive I don't want it to goto waste.

I kind of eyeball things so I'm going to tell you the maximum amounts that I use and (I ususally adjust some of the meat to my taste).
1lb ground beef
1lb ground sausage
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large block of Velveeta cheese
Milk (I suggest using 2% for this recipe)
Brown ground beef, then sausage. Add to slow cooker with Velveeta and add milk as you see fit.

it's january 19 and i still seem to be in the christmas spirit. by that, i mean that i can't seem to cook in any other color scheme than red and green. it could be the cold weather and the snow.
