Fit Brains brain games are more than just “brain teasers”, which are generally designed to challenge the mind in a more general way. It’s like the difference between going for a walk, which is a good general purpose exercise, or going to the gym for circuit training with a personal trainer for a deeper, more well-rounded workout.

You don't need to belong to a gym to get strong; you just need the time to fit in a little strength training. I created a full-body circuit workout that takes about 20 minutes, fits in your living room, and only requires a set of dumbbells. If you don't have hand weights, this workout will still strengthen and tone you all over.

Kick the winter weight

Project codename wackdoodle - I think I'm the newest and squishiest Transformer.
However, I maybe the smartest Transformer cause I successfully got out of my expensive gym membership without paying any penalties. Go wack, it's your birthday (thank goodness it isn't - don't need to be 37 yet)!

Just two months after giving birth to daughter Honor Marie, Jessica Alba is 25 lbs. lighter – and her trainer is telling PEOPLE just how she did it.

Oh I completely fallen off the dog walking wagon. My poor poor puppy! I shall get back into it, but I truly fear for her sweet little paws.

The 27th: I got up early and took the dog on a 20 minute walk. Later when I was at the gym, after 45 minutes of circuit training (arms only) I hopped on the arc trainer to do my cardio. After I had selected, weight, time and program I cracked open my book to see where I had left off, and realized that I had finished it yesterday.

So I found out last week that despite my effort to lose weight, there is no logical reason as to why my scale refuses to budge. I'm not overeating, I average 1350 calories a day. I'm eating 4-5 servings of fruit/veggies, I drink 64 oz of water a day and work with a personal trainer for a few weeks.
